RLC is the Kingdom Alliance leadership coaching certification program.
The prerequisites for this program are:
- You just be a VIP Ambassador with Kingdom Alliance.
- You must complete 2 full 16 week rounds of Radiant Leadership Academy.
(Only one completed class is required before the RLC training. In order to be released as an official RLC you must complete 2 completed rounds of RLA)
- Sign up for the RLC training
- You must be a VIP member. You must be a Radiant Leadership Academy Alumni for at least one 16 week class. In order to teach RLA, you must have completed 2 rounds of RLA and the 8 week RLC training.
No. While you must have two completed 16 week rounds of RLA, you need only have one completed round in order to go through RLC. Once you have completed your second class, you will be eligible to train RLA.
Yes. After completing the RLC training, you will be a certified Kingdom Alliance Leadership Coach. Since Kingdom Alliance is an official ICF training provider, you will be able to say you have been trained by an accredited ICF training provider.
The training will set you up with the initial training requirements to become a Level I credentialed life coach with ICF. ICF has additional conditions that are required in order to complete the Level I credential, if that is your goal. Those are accomplished once your RLC is completed. You will receive all the details during your training course. If your goal is to become a credentialed coach with ICF, you will be well on your way.
For all others, once you’ve completed the KA prerequisites and requirements, you will be officially ready to coach and train RLA.
Yes, Kingdom Alliance is an accredited ICF training provider. Once we have graduated our first class of RLC and have gone through the application process, RLC will be named a Level I life coaching training.
$3,500. We do have a payment plan available.
As a Certified RLC, you will have the privilege of leading your own class of the RLA. You can build your own class / classes. You will be partnered with Kingdom Alliance to handle the mailing of workbooks, email communication and the RLA certification process.
Part of the training will include training on social media marketing and building your authority as a Biblical leader and coach.
You will be able to earn income as a coach. As you are building your RLA classes, you can earn through the Kingdom Alliance compensation plan for anyone that enrolls with you as a VIP member or for the retail price.
