Our Story

Our journey from Girl Power Alliance to Kingdom Alliance

While the story of Kingdom Alliance may have been decades in the making, it truly began in 2019. Bobby and Michelle had become elite leaders in the network marketing profession. They had earned multiple seven figures, helped thousands of people become leaders themselves, and earned hundreds to millions due to their leadership. Michelle felt the call of God in her life to change directions completely. They walked away from the seven-figure business they had built as distributors.

Michelle knew that God was calling her to the marketplace to create a community where women to grow together. In June 2020, she launched Girl Power Alliance – a faith-forward membership where women would gather and grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.

After almost two years, while she loved the transformations, she knew there was still something more. Michelle knew part of her assignment was to help others create wealth. In March of 2022 along with her husband, they re-launched Girl Power Alliance with additional resources for growth and a network marketing compensation plan. Lives were being transformed both personally and financially with the vision to do any old thing, network marketing, in a new way.
In January of 2024, Real Men Alliance was born. We saw a need to provide the same resources and community for men.
Once both Girl Power Alliance and Real Men Alliance were growing separately, Bobby and Michelle knew that God was calling them yet again to evolve the company.
Since its foundation in 2020, the company has added ICF accredited certifications, academies, new resources for growth, and areas of expansion that God was using to build a rock-solid foundation for what was birthed in October 2024 … Kingdom Aliance.

A Unified Mission

Today, we have evolved into Kingdom Alliance, uniting our efforts to empower both men and women under one mission. Kingdom Alliance represents our commitment to fostering a community where faith, business, and personal growth are intertwined. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can be their true, authentic selves, boldly sharing their faith while achieving professional success.
At Kingdom Alliance, we continue to uphold the values and mission that started in 2020. We are dedicated to breaking the mold, pioneering new paths, and creating financial sovereignty for all who join our community. Together, we are stronger, and together, we are building a legacy of faith and success.

Bobby and Michelle Schaffer are the dynamic duo behind Kingdom Alliance. With a combined experience of over 50 years in network marketing and leadership, the Schaffers have dedicated their lives to fostering a culture of faith, family, financial freedom, and values.

Bobby Schaffer is renowned for his strategic vision and passion for innovation. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning Kingdom Alliance with global leaders in travel fulfillment, offering members exclusive access to wholesale travel rates and a proprietary travel coin system. Bobby’s commitment to impact-driven growth ensures that Kingdom Alliance remains at the forefront of scalable and international expansion.
Michelle Schaffer brings a wealth of expertise in personal and professional development. Her dedication to helping individuals become the best versions of themselves is evident through of Kingdom Alliance. Michelle’s nurturing approach and unwavering faith inspire members to invest in themselves and live abundantly.
Together, the Schaffers have cultivated a community that thrives on collaboration and shared success. Through his work, Bobby aims to redefine what it means to be a 'real man' in today's world.

Molly is a Corporate Co Founder and the Director of Field Development. She was a former television news anchor who also appeared on ESPN, transitioned from the news industry to become a calling coach. In this role, she assists professionals in expressing their authentic voices confidently and unapologetically. With over a decade of experience in front of the camera, Molly has empowered numerous professionals to boost their confidence and elevate their businesses. She is our Director of Field Development at Girl Power Alliance, guiding ambassadors to create passive-residual income through the Ambassador program. Molly firmly believes that "Your Story is Meant to Be Mentorship to Somebody Else."

With over 20 years of experience in customer service management and special events, and more than 5 years in website development, content creation, and administration for Kingdom Alliance, she brings a wealth of expertise. Farras is a skilled digital graphic designer whose creativity and attention to detail enhance every aspect of the brand. She is passionate about helping others overcome obstacles and fulfill their God-given potential, always striving to make Kingdom Alliance a better experience for all.

Savanna graduated with honors and served as yearbook editor for two years. With eight years of experience in children's ministry and talents in music and art, she also contributed to the event team at a 4,000-member church. Now, as Event Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Kingdom Alliance, Savanna is the go-to person for every event hosted by KA, ensuring everything runs smoothly and successfully.
