What is Radiant Leadership?

Radiant Leadership Academy (RLA) is a transformative 16-week, ICF-accredited certification program designed to help you discover your true identity and calling as a leader through deep, faith-based personal growth.

Each week, participants gather live to explore specific topics rooted in biblical principles, sharing breakthroughs and building community as they progress through the academy’s four pillars. The curriculum covers essential areas such as leveling up your life, the power of words, feedback versus criticism, money mindset and wealth, developing new leaders, creating a culture of love, stewardship of health, and leading by example.

RLA is open to aspiring and emerging leaders, faith-driven professionals, parents, caregivers, and anyone feeling called to lead in their home, workplace, church, or community.

How does this Academy work?

Once a week, you will meet live, diving into a specific topic and sharing breakthroughs. This academy is made up of four pillars:
