What is Radiant Leadership?

The Radiant Leadership Academy (RLA) is a transformational 16-week, ICF-accredited leadership certification program designed to help you discover your God-given identity, calling, and leadership potential through deep, faith-based personal growth.

Each week, participants join live, interactive sessions to explore key topics rooted in biblical principles, share breakthroughs, and build meaningful, supportive community. The academy’s curriculum is structured around four pillars of transformation, covering critical areas such as:
